1. Scope of Services
M4Sora provides custom software development, workflow automation, and AI integration services. All deliverables, timelines, and technical specifications will be outlined in a distinct Statement of Work (SOW) prior to project commencement.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights for custom-developed source code are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the SOW. M4Sora retains the right to reuse generalized algorithms, open-source configurations, and fundamental design patterns.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client data and internal systems with strict confidentiality. Any proprietary data integrated into LLMs or automation pipelines remains the exclusive property of the client and will not be used to train public models.
4. Liability
M4Sora is not liable for operational losses resulting from third-party API downtime, unauthorized system access due to compromised client credentials, or changes in third-party service terms that affect automated workflows.
